Whether you are looking to host a small, intimate gathering or bringing together 20 of your closest family and friends, Chef Brandy can provide an exquisite dining experience so you can focus on spending time with you guests. After all, coming together to share a meal with loved ones is about creating memories and not being bound to your kitchen all night.

Classic dinner party includes four courses:

  • Shared hors d'oeuvers - perfect for pre-dinner cocktails & conversation

  • Plated appetizer - starts off the seated meal

  • Plated entree - consisting of main and accompanying sides

  • Plated dessert - to end the meal on a sweet note



In addition to standard fare, Chef Brandy is happy to provide specialty diet menus as well. Please see sample menus below.

Menu Sample 1

Warm mixed olives, shallots, garlic, sweet peppers, merlot, mixed herbs, crostini

Traditional Caesar, lardons, garlic croutons, parmesan

Whole roasted filet mignon (5oz per person) with broccolini, potato-chevre gratin, peppercorn demi glace

Ginger-peach pandowdy with ice cream


Menu Sample 2

Prosciutto-wrapped apple with arugula, asiago cheese, balsamic glaze

Mixed greens with fresh chevre, heirloom tomatoes, crispy shallots, whole grain honey mustard vinaigrette

Butter-poached Maine lobster & truffle risotto with asparagus, pecorino romano cheese

Fruit & cheese with local honey


Vegan Menu Sample

Whipped cashew nut cheese with crudites and pita points

Korean cauliflower with kimchi and oi muchion

Basil pesto pasta with sundried tomato croquettes

Apple-pomegranate crisp with coco whip


Paleo Menu Sample

Baba ganoush with chilled, grilled vegetable

Garlic lime shrimp with grilled avocado and pico de gallo

Mustard and herb roasted salmon with asparagus and melted tomatoes

To enhance your dining experience, the following add-ons are available for an additional fee:

* Larger dinner party groups will require service staff

Supplemental Details

Chef Brandy will provide all food and cooking equipment as well as serving dishes, platters and utensils where applicable

Host to provide dinner ware including plates, bowls, glass and/or stemware, silverware and table linens for guests
