Whether it is to celebrate a momentous occasion or just a good excuse to gather with family and friends, Chef Brandy will provide you with an exquisite array of hors d'oeuvres for gatherings of up to 100 people. Perfect for holiday entertaining, birthday celebrations, engagement and bachelorette parties, and other festive occasions.
Cocktail party details:
Menu consists of a range of 4 -6 hors d'oeuvres
Hors d'oeuvres can be either plated or passed
In addition to standard fare, Chef Brandy is happy to provide specialty diet menus as well. Please see sample menus below.

Supplemental Details
Chef Brandy will provide all food and cooking equipment as well as serving dishes, platters and utensils where applicable
Host to provide dinner ware including plates, bowls, glass and/or stemware, silverware and linens for guests
